Vine + Branch = Fruit

I had a wonderful Sunday morning worship service today! We sang one of my new favorite songs, "The Revelation Song". Yes, we will be singing it in eternity--it is so majestic and so full of praise to our awesome God. Next, Mike gave an exceptionally good message based on John 15:5. "I am the vine, you are the branches. If you abide in Me, and I in you, you will bear much fruit. For apart from Me, you can do nothing." Mike reminded us that it is not the branches job to do the fruit producing. The branch's job is to stay connected to the vine, then the vine will be able to produce the fruit. So my job is to stay connected to the vine and let God produce the fruit.
